Send something worth keeping.

Send postcards only to people who reasonably expect to hear from you. Respect a decline, a block, and any request to stop contacting someone.

• Threats, harassment, bullying, hate, or targeted humiliation.
• Sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or requests for intimate images.
• Impersonation, scams, repetitive spam, or attempts to obtain account credentials.
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Photos, recordings, or other material you do not have permission to share.

Postecho may filter content before delivery and review postcards reported by recipients. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, restrict delivery, suspend an account, preserve evidence required for safety, or cooperate with lawful requests.

Every recipient can decline a pending postcard. Accepted postcards include options to report the postcard, block its sender, and remove it from the inbox. Reports are private.
