Your voice belongs to you.

We store your email address, username, Postecho ID, account identifier, postcards you send, their intended recipient, and any photos or recordings you choose to include. We also store notification tokens when you enable notifications.

Drafts and the app's local archive remain on your device unless you send a postcard. If you contact support or report a postcard, we store the message or report information needed to investigate it.

We use this information to authenticate your account, deliver postcards, synchronize sent and received items, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising.

Postcard records, sent photos, and recordings are stored in Postecho's Supabase project. A person with an active, accepted postcard link can open that postcard. Links do not reveal your account ID or a complete list of your postcards.

Recipients may decline a delivery, report a postcard, or block its sender. Reports can include the postcard, sender account, report reason, and review status. Blocking prevents future delivery from that account. See our Community Guidelines.

Sent postcards remain available while the sender's account exists, unless they are removed for safety or legal reasons. Recipients may remove a postcard from their own inbox. Reports may be retained as needed to investigate abuse and protect users.

You can permanently delete your account, profile, sent postcards, uploaded photos, recordings, and notification devices inside Postecho or from the account-deletion page.

• Disable notifications in your phone settings.
• Clear local archives and drafts from Privacy inside the app.
• Manage blocked senders from Privacy inside the app.
• Delete your Postecho account permanently.
